- **Cancellations and Modifications**
- 50% refund (less fees) if canceled within 14 days of arrival.
- Full refund (less fees) if canceled 14 days or more before arrival.
- No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
- Free modifications allowed up to and including the arrival date.

- **Overview of Services**
- Free delivery and sign-up at accommodations or the airport.
- Automatic 5-door vehicles available.
- Baby and booster seats provided upon request.
- Unlimited kilometers included.
- Flexible drop-off options: return the car at the airport or a preferred location.
- No hidden charges—only pay for petrol used.

- **Rental Requirements**
- A valid full driver’s license is required.
- Credit card imprint must be provided on arrival as security.
- In case of an accident, a $1,000 excess applies, which can be reduced to zero for $17 per day.
- Travel or credit card insurance may cover this excess.

- **General Terms**
- These terms apply to all bookings with Simons Water Rentals.
- Cancellations and amendments must be arranged directly between the guest and the operator.

- **Renter’s Warranties & Responsibilities**
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
- No convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Drivers must not have been refused motor vehicle insurance.
- Must hold a valid license for the vehicle class, recognized on Norfolk Island.
- All driver and renter information must be accurate.
- Anyone signing on behalf of the renter must be authorized, otherwise, they will be deemed the renter and bound by the terms.

- **Vehicle Condition and Usage**
- Vehicles and equipment remain the property of the hirer and are provided in good condition.
- Only the renter is permitted to drive and must not do so under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- A valid license must have been held for over one year.
- Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or carrying passengers or loads exceeding design limits.
